Individual access, when you are not a patient, is not currently supported. Currently, Pluto is delivered as a health service through contracts with covered entities, and health providers, and care teams. We may currently support self-pay, low-income and Medicaid programs in select states and accept a few health insurance carriers.

Pluto care teams can prescribe select medications based on clinical judgement. As a team focused on preventive health, we focus on chronic care management and often do not prescribe specialty medications. Pluto health does not prescribe controlled substances defined by the DEA. We want to be there for you. Health care is fragmented and more coordination is needed. We won't sell your data, even your de-identified data without your OK, you telling us where to send it, and you knowing who is seeing it. The only time we share without you knowing is as required by HIPAA, the law, or to comply with regulations.

By understanding your entire medical history and a few other factors, we can mobilize efficiently to understand a person's needs. We are also one of the few companies committed to privacy and NOT sharing data with unrelated or unknown outside third parties unless requires by law. Our commercial models do not center around data brokering. Our goal is to advance your health.
